What are the delivery times?

Delivery times start counting one day after the purchase is made, for national shipments the times are 1 to 10 business days, for shipments outside of Colombia the times are 10 to 15 business days, understood as business days, Monday to Friday except holidays.

If you want to make a size change, it must be within 7 days of delivery and we make the change as long as the garment is in the best condition. We do not cover shipping costs. We do not make money refunds.

2. Once you have chosen the product you want, select the size and add it to the shopping cart by clicking on the “Buy” button, you must keep in mind that some of our products are sold separately, for each one you must make the size selection and add each one to the shopping cart by clicking buy.
3. Once the product has been added, you can continue browsing and adding all the products you want to the cart.
4. When you have added all the products you want to buy, go to your shopping cart, first you will find a summary, you must verify that the products that are in your cart are the ones you want and the sizes, then click on checkout.
5. You must enter your email to continue with the process. Fill out your personal information and delivery information.
6. If you have discount coupons, look for the field and enter the codes.
